Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business days after payment 
confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your 
order has been dispatched.

Shipping Time
After dispatch, estimated delivery takes 7–12 business days 
depending on your location. Please note that delivery times 
are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier 
delays, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by 
email. Please allow 1-3 business days for tracking information 
to update after dispatch.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders.

Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customs fees or import duties may 
apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges 
are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible 
for delays caused by customs processing.

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of
